We stand by the excellent quality of our items and are pawsitive you will love them too, however, if you receive a faulty item, we are happy to offer you a full refund (minus shipping costs) or store credit. Items must be returned within 14 days.

On the rare occasion that Hendrix sent you the wrong package, the items may be returned for a full refund or the correct order.

We will not be responsible for any return postage fees.

All our items are made to order from the cutting of the fabric to the final sewing of the tag, therefore we cannot accept returns on personalised items or items which are the incorrect size, please make sure your measure your dog to get an accurately sized product.

We do not offer returns on sale items.
