Standard worldwide shipping usually takes 5-14 working days but can be subject to COVID delays depending on the receiving country.

Express worldwide shipping usually takes 3-5 working days but can be subject to COVID delays depending on the receiving country. This service is currently not available to all countries. Alternatively, this is the ONLY service available to some countries (eg. USA which explains the higher shipping cost). You may check the Japan Post website, or contact us if you have any questions.

We ship with Japan Post and always send our shipments with a tracking number, however, due to COVID Japan Post are not allowing some countries to use the tracking service. All the updated information is available through their website.

We cannot currently post to Australia.
